NC A&T State University Bluford Residence Hall

CATE Services, in partnership with Samet Corporation, is proud to have been selected as Construction Manager-at-Risk for the NC A&T State University Bluford Street Student Housing project. The four-story, 135,417-square-foot facility, designed by Clark Nexsen to house 429 students by fall 2025, is the first new student housing facility built on NC A&T State University’s campus in 18 years. Situated across from Harrison Auditorium, the long awaited facility will help address the University’s student housing shortage while providing underclassmen with a convenient, state-of-the-art home to study, sleep and socialize in multi-purpose and gaming rooms. This is just one more step the historic University has recently taken in recent years to increase enrollment, continuing its rich and important legacy.
